This paycheck breakdown notepad can help understanding and maintaining where every dollar is going to. This will help plan ahead to make sure to have enough funds for everything.
***Instructions***
Income - Money coming in. Example: Paychecks
Essentials - Things we need. Example: Gas, Food, Daycare, Spending, Eating out, etc.
Others - Everyone is in their own situation. This category can be Sinking Funds, Savings
Funds, Emergency, Debt, etc.
Bills - Every bill you may have. Example: Water, Heat, Electricity, Internet, Phone, Rent/Mortgage, etc.
There are three check boxes, Transfer, Paid and Complete.
Transfer - Moving from account to another account. Example: If the Rent is $1,500 and you want to split it into two paycheck instead of one paycheck you set a side $750. Put a checkmark on Transfer to know that it has already moved to a savings account for that bill.
Paid - This is when you paid the bill.
Complete - Is when the bill has been paid and the money has been taking out and the transaction is completed.
Summary - This is the total of all categories.
